The Palace

The Palace, Mirissa

An ideal location from which you can do many water sports activities, the Palace Mirissa, is a charming cabana style property overlooking Mirissa Bay. Mirissa Bay is one of the most picturesque locations Sri Lanka has to offer, located on the south coast of Sri Lanka, close to Weligama, about four hours drive south from Colombo. It is also one of the most popular surf points in Sri Lanka.

The Palace is located, high up on a headland with sweeping views of Mirissa’s golden beach. The Palace lies in the midst of tropical gardens home to a family of peacocks. A medium sized swimming pool provides a refreshing dip while you sunbathe by the pool. The beach itself is a short walk down the hill.

The cabana style rooms are large and comfortable. All rooms have double beds with mosquito nets and are large enough for an extra bed. The rooms have fans and air-conditioners. The luxuriously chic bathrooms have hot water and showers. Each cabana has a lovely balcony with excellent views of the ocean.
